This 36 hours course reveals the secrets of what do investors look for in high tech new ventures, the due diligence process,

founder agreements, term sheets, VC rounds, valuations, etc. All participants are encourage to present their business plan to

venture capitalists, investment bankers and serial entrepreneurs from ISEMI's faculty.
